How do you groom a Dachshund?

Grooming a Dachshund will largely depend on the type of coat. Smooth-haired Dachshunds require minimal grooming with a rubber curry brush, while long-haired and wire-haired Dachshunds require regular brushing to avoid matting and to keep their fur healthy.

All types, however, need regular nail trims, ear and teeth cleaning to maintain good overall hygiene.
